I started training with Beth when I got engaged, originally my plan was to just have a PT up until the wedding. However that was 2 years ago now and we still train together. She is a brilliant trainer and has helped me achieve my goals and then helped me set new ones. Her plans are great, having a session with her but then having a plan to guide me through what I’m supposed to do when training by myself is invaluable. Beths sessions are always great fun which is just what you need to get you through a killer session. I would highly recommend training with Beth, she really has changed the way I train.

Beth’s boot camp was so much fun. She ran weekly sessions in our office and even though we were a completely range of fitness levels she had a plan that worked perfectly for all (variances of exercises for different levels). Each week was completely different so you didn’t get bored of the same plans over and over. The music was great and the whole things was just a lot of fun. She was a great instructor who pushed you to the perfect level! I can’t wait to do another one.

Beth was assigned as my personal trainer at Chiswick Riverside some time ago. She accepted the challenge and was always respectful and empathetic. She took a rather overweight and unhealthy 50+ year old and helped me achieve my goals with gentle encouragement and with a great sense of humour. She was always courteous and polite and a real pleasure to work with. I was sorry she had to move away but, in characteristic fashion she found a trainer for me who really fitted my personality and shared my goals. 

She was always punctual and tuned in from the beginning of the session and never once let me down. I have no hesitation in recommending her

"I have been training with Beth since November 2020. Even though I have been training for over a year beforehand, I felt I reached a point in my training where I plateaued and needed help with direction. Beth has amazing in providing me with a training plan specific to my training goals, ensured I touched up on my technique/form and also keeps a close eye on my nutrition (calorie intake and macros splits) as well as all other aspects of a healthy lifestyle (sleep, stress levels etc). My training plans are regularly changed to help with achieving my specific goals and each session is challenging yet fun at the same time. Since Beth has an academic background in Sports Science, I also get to learn new things at every session, no question is ever a challenge for her! I’d 100% recommend working with Beth, whether you’re a newbie or a more experienced gym goer :)

I’ve now been working with Beth for over 18 months and I can not recommend her highly enough. She is expert at designing a programme which is appropriate to the individual and in line with personal objectives. As someone in their 50s this was very important to me. Beth always delivers sessions with enthusiasm and commitment effortlessly transitioning from in person to online. For me training like this has made keeping fit and healthy  enjoyable and rewarding rather than a chore.  Thank you Beth.
