The tools I use

Training app

When signing up to training with us you will be given access to an online app called PTHub, where you will be able to find your plans, workouts, forms and track your progress. Of course if you would prefer you can have everything emailed over. 

The gym 

When the gyms are open I normally work from The Gym in Hove. Where you will have access to free weights, resistance machines, cardio machines, classes and a floor area. 


For those who prefer being outside I do work around the Brighton and Hove area. Using weights, resistance bands, boxing equipment and the outdoor equipment.
